Satomi Kataoka, Customer Success Manager, leads customer operations and office coordination. Satomi brings over 20 years of customer success and administration. Earlier in her career she gained valuable experience in the construction industry, where she served as a site supervisor and later prepared proposal documents. Satomi has spent nice years in the United States and during that time she has developed strong adaptability and communication skills, which she now brings to collaborative and efficient workplace support.

Satomi’s native Japanese work experience plus her extensive expat lifestyle experience means she brings understanding and supportive coordination to Sakura Solutions clients.

Takuto Tachino, Operations Manager, earned a university specialization in Digital Management and has nine years of experience in domestic e-commerce operations, with a primary focus on Rakuten and Amazon. With deep experience in the home goods category, he has been involved in registering over 100,000 SKUs, thereby building a strong expertise in product page creation, listing optimization, and overall marketplace management. Particularly on Amazon, where he has been entrusted with overseeing general operations, he leverages his strengths in precise execution and a results-oriented approach to drive the continuous growth of e-commerce businesses.
